1. Delivery 

Products are delivered within 3-5 business days. (+ 2 extra business days for rural delivery)

In Stock Products/Orders: These are dispatched immediately (if an order is all in-stock products).

Special Order Products/Orders: Special ordered products may take some time. Our team will update you accordingly.

 

2. What’s recommended?

Please write any delivery instructions in the comments section at check out. If an order had been damaged during delivery, please inform our team within 24-48 hours & retain all original packaging for courier claim purposes.

 

3. Can I collect my order in-store?

No, we currently accept orders online only.

 

4. Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you may cancel your order any time prior to it being collected by the courier, please call 0800-005-298 to cancel the order. 

 

5. Do you deliver outside New Zealand?

Sorry, at this stage we do not deliver outside New Zealand.
